We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our People team. As HR Administrator you will play a key role within the People team, providing exceptional employee experience and supporting our people-centric approach.

Job Purpose

As HR Administrator you will play a key part in our busy People team, with a focus on a People centric approach.

You will provide an exceptional HR administration service, responsible for all admin aspects of the full employee journey. You will be passionate about providing an exceptional employee experience and have this at the forefront of all tasks and processes.

You will work closely with the wider HR team to ensure all practices comply with company strategies, statutory duties, and best practice. 

 

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take ownership of administration and coordination across the full employee life cycle
  • In line with the wider HR team provide support to managers and employees as appropriate
  • Assist with updating and reviewing policies and procedures
  • Restructure and streamline the current employee filing system
  • Ensure to comply with statutory duties and always follow best practices
  • Liaise with payroll and update the salary tracker to ensure timely and accurate information is provided
  • Manage the HR calendar
  • Play a key role in editing and sending out the HR newsletter
  • Participate in conducting HR audits of records, personnel files, benefits and other HR programmes and systems
  • Compile various HR reports as necessary
  • Maximise all opportunities to develop and nurture new and existing relationships (clients, suppliers, colleagues etc.)
