We have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Finance Assistant (Reconciliations) to join our brilliant Finance team, who have a culture of continually delivering excellent customer service. As Interim Finance Assistant you will be supporting a dynamic and friendly in-house team and will work closely with managers to complete a large reconciliation project.

Job Description

As Interim Finance Assistant you will assist with the completion of a large reconciliation project. The project will predominantly involve matching invoices with suppliers bills on a large scale. You will be responsible for ensuring all queries can be raised and dealt with accordingly.

You will be highly organised and comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team. You will have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable with working and manipulating large data sets within Excel. Reconciliation experience and knowledge of deferred income would be beneficial in this role

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Matching invoices with Suppliers invoices on a large scale.
  • Ensuring all queries can be raised and dealt with.
  • Working with Excel and manipulating large data sets.

  • Strong reconciliation experience and deferred income.
