Cancellation / Alteration of your Booking by you
7.1 We will use our reasonable endeavours to accommodate your requests for alterations of your Booking, subject to availability of accommodation.
7.2 If you wish to cancel the whole or any part of your booking and you notify us in writing (see our
contact details below) 2 days in advance of your date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged and
your deposit will be refunded (unless stated differently at the time of booking). It is your responsibility to
ensure that we receive your notice of cancellation in time.
7.3 If cancelled within 2 days of your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, then 50% price of the
reservation will be charged.
7.4 No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
7.5 If a client is staying over 14 days and needs to reduce the length of their stay mid contract, then they will be charged till the end of that week of departure that they have informed us of a need to depart.

Hadley belongs to the new town of Telford, lying just over a couple of miles northwest of the town centre. Visitors can catch buses on Castle Street that run between Wellington and Telford town centre. This is a good spot for grocery shopping if self-catering, with various larger and smaller supermarkets within walking distance. It can also be good for staying close to The Princess Royal Hospital and the various business parks within Telford.
