Cancellation policy

*Cancellation/Refunds/Amendments

Booking cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email to [email protected]
Where cancellation notification is received more than four weeks in advance of the Arrival Date, the
Booking Fee will be refunded or will not be due.
Where cancellation notification is received less than four and more than two weeks in advance of the
Arrival Date, 50% of the Booking Fee will be retained or will still be due unless and until we are able to
secure an alternate booking for the entirety of the period cancelled.
Where cancellation notification is received less than two weeks in advance of the Arrival Date, 100% of
the Booking Fee will be retained or will be due unless and until we are able to secure an alternate
booking for the entirety of the period cancelled.
From time to time problems occur before or during a Booking such that we cannot provide the Apartment
as agreed. In such circumstances, at our discretion, we will find you alternative accommodation in
another apartment or will relocate you to a nearby hotel of similar or better standard or will cancel the
Booking. If we cancel the Booking we will refund the Booking Fee. We will make all reasonable efforts to
advise you as soon as possible if the Booking is cancelled.
Unless there is prior agreement with us, if you fail to arrive at the property by midday of the day following
your Arrival Date, we will consider the booking to have been cancelled and will retain the Booking Fee,
in accordance with these terms and conditions.


*Booking Amendments

Amendments to the Booking that shorten the period of that Booking will be considered as the
cancellation of the period of the Booking that is removed.
Where notification of the amendment is received more than four weeks in advance of the Arrival Date,
the Booking Fee will be refunded or will not be due for that part of the Booking that is cancelled.
Where notification of the amendment is received less than four and more than two weeks in advance of
the Arrival Date 50% of the Booking Fee will be retained or will not be due for that part of the Booking
that is cancelled unless and until we are able to secure an alternate booking for the entirety of the period
cancelled. In such circumstances the Booking Fee for that part of the Booking that is cancelled will be
refunded in full or will not be due.
