We are proud to announce the official debut of our global HQ: a modern, purpose-built space created to support Situ’s continued growth.

An environment thoughtfully designed for all

Situ’s expansion meant we soon outgrew our original space in Sowton, so when the opportunity arose to expand on the same footprint, we embarked on a significant redevelopment, creating a transformed two-storey building that more than doubles its original space. Following an eighteen-month development programme, we are now unveiling its newly designed and substantially expanded headquarters.

The office was deliberately designed to create calm and encourage collaboration. An open‑plan layout keeps colleagues connected, while smaller seated areas support informal conversations and focused work. Banks of foliage define zones, buffer sound, and improve air quality. At the heart of the office is the atrium: tiered seating with a screen and overlooking balcony where everyone can gather, bringing the entire Situ team together in person and virtually.

Phil Stapleton, Situ’s CEO and Founder says:

As our global footprint continues to grow, this space gives our entire team the environment they deserve, to collaborate, create, and support our clients around the world. I’m immensely proud of what we’ve achieved and excited to see what comes next.

A welcoming space

From the outset, we were keen to put the same care that we put into finding business travellers the right accommodation into our own home here in Exeter.

“It’s an amazing, unique environment. You can see the smiles on people’s faces coming into the office.

Says Sophie Musson-Miller, Employee Engagement and Experience Manager at Situ.

Built with both the team and the wider industry in mind, Situ’s new headquarters offers an inviting space for clients, partners, and visitors. The company plans to host learning sessions at the new HQ, as well as industry insights and community events centred on serviced accommodation – watch this space!
