Current Positions

 

Accommodation Specialist

As Accommodation Specialist you’ll be part of the busy Sales Team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Account Managers and Senior Account Managers within Situ, providing new and retained clients and guests with serviced apartment quotes around the world in a timely and accurate fashion. Speaking to our extensive supply chain, you’ll find the best rates and availability in line with customer requirements, make bookings, and ensure a smooth stay for your guest, whatever their needs are, and in line with clear targets. Relationships with stakeholders and an expectation to travel to client meetings and events are key to the role.

Customer Service Specialist

The role of Hospitality Specialist/Customer Service Specialist forms part of Situ’s busy Operations Team, ensuring our clients and guests receive a seamless journey throughout all stages of their reservation process. As a Hospitality Specialist//Customer Service Specialist, you will support your team to finalise the last stages of our client and guests’ booking process, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a full understanding of their upcoming reservation details and arrival process; whilst also ensuring our guests receive the best experience possible throughout their stay. Being the first point of contact for our guests’ queries and concerns you will liaise with our supply chain around the globe to ensure the very best experience for your guest, whatever their needs are.
