The Opportunity We are looking for a senior Growth Marketing Manager to join Situ in a newly created role. This is an opportunity to shape how growth marketing works across the business. You will have the autonomy to develop campaigns, introduce new tools and test better ways of identifying, engaging and nurturing prospective clients. The role will sit at the centre of our sales and marketing activity. You will work closely with Client Development, Client Success and senior leaders to turn commercial priorities into targeted campaigns that generate qualified opportunities and revenue. This is not a traditional brand marketing role. While you will help maintain a consistent and high-quality brand, your main focus will be measurable demand generation and growth throughout the client journey. You will also coordinate external specialists across design, content, website optimisation, search and account-based marketing.
