At Situ, strong Partner relationships are at the centre of delivering outstanding accommodation experiences for our clients. That is why we recently launched the Situ Partner Engagement Roadshow at our Exeter HQ – a dedicated event designed to bring our Partners and internal teams together for meaningful collaboration and open conversations.

This was not your typical Partner visit. The Roadshow was created to give our Partners the opportunity to learn from one another, exchange ideas, and help shape the future of the serviced accommodation industry together.

Bringing collaboration to life

Throughout the day, Partners from across our managed global network joined the Situ team for a series of presentations, networking sessions, and one-on-one discussions.

Specific activities included:

  • Presenting their properties and brands to the Situ team
  • Networking and collaborating with fellow Partners from different regions and of all sizes
  • Joining roundtable discussions on key industry challenges, guest experience, technology, and integration journeys
  • Experiencing live demos from our Product & Development team and helping to shape the future of our systems
  • Connecting with colleagues across multiple Situ departments, fostering stronger collaboration
  • And of course, having the chance to experience the famous Situ slide

What our Partners had to say

The feedback from attendees highlighted just how valuable these in-person conversations and collaborative sessions can be.

Native by Numa shared:

“The Roadshow was a great day, it was really good to hear more about the new Xenia platform and have open conversations on how we can work closer together, where automation makes things more seamless and less admin heavy.

The were some really valuable conversations with the Situ team on how we can continue to build on how we work together, including making pre-arrivals more seamless, alongside plenty of laughs as always.”

Marlin commented:

“It was incredibly helpful and a fantastic opportunity to meet such a large chunk of your lovely team in Exeter and to get a better understanding of what we need to be doing to help you.

The day was really well organised, engaging, and insightful from start to finish and I felt we got an awful lot out of it.”

Meanwhile, PREMIER SUITES said:

“Thank you for hosting such an exceptional, welcoming, and informative partner day. Tom, Laura, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment – it was engaging, energising, and certainly kept us on our toes.

It was just lovely to meet everyone face-to-face – just as lovely in person as on the phone and email.

Your hospitality from beginning to end was outstanding, and we truly appreciate the significant planning, effort, and hard work that went into delivering such a well-organised event.”

Building better client experiences

For Situ, events like the Partner Engagement Roadshow are about more than networking. They are about strengthening the relationships that help us deliver exceptional accommodation experiences for our clients.

Amelia McDonald, Partner Relationship Executive at Situ, commented:

Our Situ Partner Engagement Roadshow provides our internal team with the chance to tell our Partners exactly what our clients need from them, putting us in the best possible position to provide our clients with accommodation solutions that go above and beyond their expectations.

This underscores the value we bring to our clients – by forming these close connections we are well-positioned to negotiate better rates and favourable terms on their behalf.

What’s next

The success of our Partner Engagement Roadshow has reinforced the importance of creating spaces where collaboration and open conversations can thrive. We are excited to make the Roadshow a regular event at our HQ and look forward to welcoming more of our established Partners in the future.

Together with our Partners, we are continuing to shape the future of hospitality – turning collaboration into innovation that benefits everyone.
