We are absolutely thrilled to announce the appointment of Paul Lynch as our Product and Development Director. Paul has a 20-year track record of managing tech development and information security at a range of organisations including Sky and, most recently, ITV where he was Group Chief Information and Security Officer (CISO) and Group Technology Director. He will be pivotal in moving us forward to realise our ambitious product development roadmap.
Paul will report to our Founder and MD, Phil Stapleton, working alongside our recently appointed Commercial Director, Rebecca Gonzaga (previously at SIRVA BGRS Worldwide). Paul’s years of expertise in modernising, streamlining, and adapting platforms and systems to drive efficiencies and save money – ultimately delivering positive outcomes for customers – will be integral in helping us to deliver on all our future growth plans.

Paul is the perfect fit with his customer-centric approach to using technology to resolve problems and make everyday transactions effortless. He is going to be a game changer not just for Situ, our clients, and our partners – but for the wider serviced accommodation sector as well.”
We believe we have already established ourselves as somewhat of a leader in the serviced accommodation sector when it comes to building accessible tech platforms and systems that smooth and ease the sourcing and booking process. Paul will now lead the continued advancement of these cloud-based proprietary systems – taking them to another level of ‘humanisation’ with the aim of making them as easy and intuitive to use as globally familiar applications such as WhatsApp. How brilliant is that?!
