The good news keeps coming… We are delighted to say that we have achieved International Serviced Accommodation Accreditation Process (ISAAP’s) Approved Agent Accreditation for 2022!

ISAAP approved

We thrive on challenges and always aim to go the extra mile to improve the way we work. From giving the best customer service to creating and offering the broadest global network of outstanding quality accommodation. We leave no stone unturned to deliver on our Booking Brilliant promise and make booking serviced accommodation effortlessly.

To help us on our way and externally validate that we are a sound business with excellent business practices – we are assessed annually by our partner ISAAP.  This rigorous assessment process is consummated with the standards required for corporate buyers and travel managers to meet their responsibilities under ISO 31030, Travel Risk Management guidelines (2021).

It’s our sanity check if you like… That we have all the right processes, checks and balances in place. We want to ensure the total safety of all the thousands of people we arrange serviced accommodation for around the globe every year. Nothing is more important!

Seth Hanson, Head of Supply Chain says: “Working with ISAAP over the years has been a pleasure. Their passion for our industry matches Situ’s own dedication to striving for the highest standards. Having an impartial third-party assessment of processes such as Supply Chain Management is invaluable. ISAAP’s approach to continual improvement is clear, and we are proud to have received our Agent Accreditation.”

Why is ISAAP accreditation important?

It’s the seal of reassurance for all our key stakeholder groups – buyers, bookers and travellers, our suppliers and partners.  It confirms we are doing all the right things when it comes to ensuring the comfort and safety of all our customers. We are nothing without this kind of external validation.

It helps to place serviced accommodation on an equal footing with hotels. The aim of elevating serviced accommodation to the same level as hotels in terms of safety. This is so good for our industry!

High standards? ours are higher.

How does Situ help ISAAP raise awareness of their agent accreditation?

Situ is in the process of enhancing its Core platforms to include functionality that will enable the display of ISAAP status for those suppliers that have achieved and passed the accreditation process. We will be able to track this year on year to see the increase in the number of ISAAP Accredited suppliers that Situ has built up as a result of promoting ISAAP on the website and through supplier reviews.
