CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

Cancellation and early departure rules for reservations of 1-30 nights
Reservations of 1-30 nights may be cancelled without penalty until 12 noon on the day before the confirmed date of arrival. Any cancellations made later than that, or failure to cancel a reservation, may result in a late cancellation fee equal to the value of 1 night. In the event a guest wishes to shorten a stay, reception must be informed no later than 12 noon 2 days prior to the new departure date. Failure to inform reception properly may result in an early departure fee equal to the value of up to 2 nights.

Cancellation and early departure rules for reservations of 30 consecutive nights or longer
Reservations of 30 nights or longer may be cancelled without penalty until 12 noon 7 days before the confirmed date of arrival. Any cancellations made later than that, or failure to cancel a reservation, may result in a late cancellation fee equal to the value of up to 7 nights. In the event a guest wishes to shorten a stay, reception must be informed no later than 12 noon 15 days prior to the new departure date. Please note that longstay rates may be subject to minimum stay requirements and that the rates may therefore increase in case the stay is shortened.
