Cancellation policy

The cancellation of this reservation must be advised 30 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid any possible charge. In the event that a booking is cancelled after this time, we reserve the right to apply cancellation charges as laid out below. Should we be able to resell the apartment for all or part of the original booking period, cancellation charges will not be made for any of the period that has been resold. Our standard check in time is 6pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 12pm. Whilst we can not guarantee an early check-in we will always do our utmost to accommodate such requests subject to departure times of the previous guests; if you anticipate an early check in please contact me so I can make the necessary arrangements.  Please note that these terms do vary from our Hotel cancellation policy in view of the restricted number of 2 Bedroom Suites available and the extended occupancy periods involved.
