Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim cancellation charges from your
insurance company if you have taken out travel insurance. We strongly recommend that clients purchase
adequate travel insurance. Regrettably, for the reasons given above, we have to treat any curtailment of
your stay as a cancellation.

event of this we shall make all reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative within our property portfolio,
