Cancellation policy

§12 Cancellation policy prior to contract start
The cancellation of all types of contracts is possible only in the following cases and with the following restrictions:
1. If the Customer expresses their wish to cancel the contract earlier than 30 days prior to contract start, no cancellation fee shall be charged.
2. If the Customer expresses their wish to cancel the contract within 30 days to 14 days prior the contract start, the Customer is obliged to pay the administration fee equal to 10% of the rent (but no less than CHF 200).
3. If the Customer expresses their wish to cancel the contract less than 14 days before the contract start or later, cancellation is possible only if a replacement is found. If so, the Customer undertakes to pay the administration fee equal to 10% of the rent (but no less than CHF 200). Otherwise, the Customer is obliged to pay the full rent rate of the previously agreed rental period, but no more than 1 monthly rent.
§13 Notice period for open contracts
The period of notice is 30 days, effective as of the last day of the current month, an exception being December 31st. In case of an earlier departure agreed mutually in writing, the Customer undertakes to pay the rent for the number of days remaining until further rental and an administration fee amounting to 10% of the gross rent (but no less than CHF 200). The notice of termination shall be sent in writing by registered letter or e-mail. You can also provide the notice via your customer profile*.
§14 Notice period for contracts for a definite period of time (fixed contracts)
The tenancy period for contracts for a definite period of time has been determined in advance. These contracts cannot be cancelled, subject to provisions of §12.
§15 Notice period for contracts for a definite period of time (terminated contracts)
The tenancy period for terminated contracts has been determined in advance. These contracts cannot be cancelled, subject to cases set out in point §12 (cancellation policy). Terminated contract can be concluded for a minimum period of 2 months. In case of terminated contracts invoices are issued on a monthly basis.

The apartments are in the heart of Warsaw, in the Mirów area of the city, situated within an attractive apartment building. This location is close to tourist attractions and many of the city’s vital institutions and Mirów has its own commercial centre. That said, Grzybowska Apartments are convenient for the main commercial area, which includes the Palace of Culture and Science, various shopping centres, museums and more. The closest Metro access is a nine-minute walk at Rondo Daszyńskiego.
