Job purpose

The partner engagement manager will be working closely with the supply chain team and serve as a crucial link between marketing and Situ’s partner. They will create and manage partner engagement programs. The role will be responsible for organising and managing partner-facing events, arranging online activities such as webinars and podcasts, creating interviews with partners, running email campaigns, and project managing campaign creation. The successful candidate will build close relationships with the partners and become an expert on market positioning and partner engagement.

Key responsibilities and duties

→ Project managing partner related marketing activities
→ Working closely with the Supply chain team on marketing strategies and implementation techniques.
→ Visiting partners and creating marketing material for internal and external use
→ Creating and running webinars, podcasts and other online partnering activities
→ Organising events and product exhibitions, running and managing the partner facing events.
→ Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system, including list management and segmentation
→ Overseeing, developing and reporting on marketing campaigns
→ Planning, designing and running email marketing campaigns
→ Creating content for different communication channels
→ Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
