Job purpose
As Partner Support Specialist you will support all elements of supply and relationship management with Situ’s suppliers, as identified by the needs of the business and Supply Chain department. You could be working towards proactively growing Situ’s partner relations across the globe, helping to ensure suppliers’ account and property details are up to date as well as playing a key role in the suppliers’ compliance with the industry standards. As Partner Support Specialist you could be helping to manage the supplier network through account reviews assisting our sales and management team in client specific projects. Your responsibilities and activities will be flexible and interpreted around the needs of Situ and the Supply Chain department.
Key responsibilities and duties
→ Qualify and respond to new supplier enquiries
→ Strategically, identify and onboard new suppliers in line with objectives
→ Assist suppliers through the onboarding process. Including the upload of their properties, access to the supplier portal and negotiating of contracts
→ Performing due diligence checks on partner documentation
→ Performing compliance assessments on partners
→ Assist in the monitoring of upcoming local/regional/global legislation changes which could affect Situ or our partner network
→ Maintain and develop existing supplier relationships to ensure that contacts and content is up to date
→ Day to day account management, including hosting supplier review meetings and monitoring overall supplier performance
→ Identify and manage serviced level issues, complaints, and any other issues through to resolution
→ Organise and conduct worldwide city tours and property inspections
→ Attend site visits as well as networking events and industry meetings when required
→ Assist in supplier content such as uploading properties to the supplier database to support its continual growth and support the sales team in help with complete property profiles for client quotes and larger contract bids
→ Liaise with the sales team to assist with enquiries that require immediate new suppliers and working collaboratively on new client’s acquisitions, onboarding, and client RFP's
→ Work closely with other Situ teams to ensure all supplier news is communicated
→ Exceptional enquiry and booking management
→ Maximise all opportunities to develop and nurture new and existing relationships (clients, suppliers, colleagues etc.)
→ Meets or exceed KPI’s and revenue targets
→ Follow and support company policies and procedures
