Job purpose

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Account Management team, specifically focussed on supporting our Global Mobility client portfolio.
This position will play a crucial role in managing small client accounts, fostering relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and increasing our share of wallet and revenue within this client base.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be proactive, and have a keen interest in developing a career in account management within our industry.

 

Key responsibilities and duties

 

  • Client Relationship Management
→ Be the face of Situ in the client environment and be the face of the client in Situ
→ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
→ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
→ Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and offer solutions
→ Provide account relationship insights to both the clients and Situ internal teams
→ Increase share of wallet through increased enquiries and conversions
 
  • Account Maintenance and Support
→ Collaborate with the wider business to deliver customer excellence
→ Manage and oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
→ Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, marketing, and operations) to fulfil client
requirements effectively
→ Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly, escalating complex matters as needed
 
  • Reporting and Documentation
→ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and transactions in the CRM system
→ Generate regular reports on account status, project progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
 
  • Business Development Support
→ Assist in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
→ Collaborate with the sales or business development team to support in lead generation and client acquisition efforts
→ Participate in the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients
 
  • Continuous Learning and Development
→ Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
→ Seek opportunities for professional development to enhance skills relevant to account management
→ Travel – domestically and internationally – when required

This list is not exhaustive but covers most of what is expected. You’ll be required to perform different tasks as needed, in line with Situ’s overall business strategy.

 

Requirements

→ Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or account management role is advantageous
→ Previous experience in the Global Mobility sector – whether inhouse, RMC, supplier or partner – is advantageous
→ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively
→ Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines
→ Proficiency in using CRM software including Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools
→ Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals
→ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently
