Cancellation policy

Conditions for total cancellation of the booking:
- For flexible rate bookings, the cancellation period depends on the total length of stay initially booked. Cancellation is free of charge: (The times indicated correspond to the aparthotel's local time zone).
• For stays of 1 to 3 nights: up to 12:00 p.m. the day before arrival.
• For stays of between 4 and 9 nights: up to two (2) days before arrival, 12:00 p.m.
• For all stays between ten and 27 nights: up to 12 noon, 3 (three) days before
arrival.
• For stays of 28 nights or more: up to (3) days before arrival, 12.00 noon.
Beyond these time periods and in the event that the occupant fails to arrive on the
scheduled date, ADAGIO reserves the right, except where required by specific local
regulations, to apply the following cancellation fees:
• a deduction to the value of 1 night at the booked rate, for all stays between
one and three nights.
• a deduction to the value of two nights at the booked rate, for all stays between
four and nine nights.
• non-repayment of accommodation deposit for stays of 10 nights or more.
