Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled 15 days or more prior to the arrival date, no penalty fee will be charged. If a booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, 30-night rent will be charged.

Notice to vacate: 30 nights (if stay is shortened, higher rates may apply.)

This nicely designed 590 sq ft / 54 sqm home offers modern furnishings and up-to-date equipment to make your stay in Barcelona both enjoyable and practical. It features an open-plan layout combining a contemporary kitchen with a comfortable living area, including a flat-screen TV with Fire Stick for streaming, a cozy sofa, a dining table for up to four guests, and a small balcony overlooking the building’s inner courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave. The apartment also offers a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a convenient second bedroom with a single bed, and a thoughtfully designed bathroom with a rainfall shower.

IMPORTANT: These tourist-licensed apartments may be booked for a maximum stay of 30 nights. Please note that each guest aged 17 or older is required to pay a tourist tax for the first 7 nights of their stay. This amount is not included in the total reservation cost and will be charged online after the booking is confirmed; cash payments are not accepted. Payment of this tax is mandatory prior to accessing the accommodation. Please note that this rate may be subject to future regulatory changes.
