Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be confirmed in writing/email with at least 72 hours notice prior to agreed arrival date/time. Refunds will not be given for non-arrivals or late cancellations. If you need to cut your stay short, we will require 72 hours notice if there are 7 days or more remaining in the rental period, if the remaining duration is less than 7 days, 24 hours notice is required. There are no charges for refunds and if we can fill the remaining days with a booking, we will credit the stay in full, minus the days that have been fulfilled.
