15 boutique serviced apartments, nestled in the heart of Belfast’s safest and most exclusive postcode, The Ulsterville fuses Victorian era grandeur with modern day luxury.
The Ulsterville dates from the early 1900’s and under the vision of local craftsmen and conservationists has undergone a transformative renaissance, restoring and replenishing the legacy of the original building.

Each apartment now features modernised acoustic separation, contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, whilst retaining ornate original features such as bespoke cornicing and carpentry.

Situation in the Queens Quarter, just off the bustling Lisburn Road where luxurious boutique shopping and award winning restaurants vie for your attention.

The elegant Queens University building and leafy botanic park house Ing the Ulster Museum are a few minutes stroll from your hub to explore our vibrant city.

Each apartment has been lovingly and tastefully decorated and features Smart TV compatible with all streaming services. A fully equipped kitchen ensures you can dine in as well as out. Apartment conveniences include fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, kettle and toaster, complimentary tea and coffee also provided.

Our bathrooms are tiled with award winning Fanal designs and feature rainfall and power showers with complimentary toiletries.

Each bedroom features king size beds with 5* rated hotel mattresses and 300 thread count luxury bed linen, with hairdryer provided.

We have 2 complimentary private car parks onsite for our guests use only.
