Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy is a contract between Alban Property Holdings Limited, Company Number: 10470127; registered office: 40 Briar Road, St Albans, Herts, AL4 9TL; address for correspondence: 40 Briar Road, St Albans, Herts, AL4 9TL. (“us”, “we”, “our”), and you the person making the booking and all adult members of your party who will be staying in any of our properties (“you”, “your”, “client”, “guest”). By making a booking or staying in one of our properties you agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
The guest will be charged 70% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Surrey Road serviced accommodation is a three bedroom property in Margate. There are two fabulous bathrooms, one an en-suite shower room and the other with a separate tub and shower. There are some good-sized communal spaces, with the lounge featuring a wall-mounted TV and, as well as the sofa, it has a chaise longue. The kitchen is spacious, too, and perfectly well-equipped for those looking to cook up a delicious feast. This property benefits from some on-site parking as well.

This is in a great location, not only for local amenities but also for nearby beaches in Margate. There is an area of local shops, eating places and bars just a three-minute walk away on Northdown Road, while a short walk in the other direction sends visitors to the seafront promenade that takes in Walpole Tidal Pool and Palm Bay Beach. Margate's main seafront area and town centre is also within walking distance, although bus services can be accessed on Northdown Road.
