Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
The booker must notify reservations by written notice of any cancellation or reduction in the daily number of room nights, as early as possible, but in any case not later than specified here under. Any cancellations not received will be automatically processed. In the event the booker cancels or reduces the confirmed reservation by more than the allowed number of nights after the minimum notice has passed, or should the customer fail to arrive without prior cancellation, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee based on the following.
Cancellation Policy for long stay bookings for more than up to 30 room/nights
1.31 days before arrival; the room can be cancelled without extra charge.
2.30-20 days - up to 50% of the first month cost can be cancelled without extra charge.
3. 20-10 days; one full night's stay will be charged on each cancelled room.
4. 9 days and less; 1 week's stay will be charged
Any room cancelled after that will not be accepted and will be charged in full for the whole month (30 nights)
