Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled 15 days or more prior to the arrival date, no penalty fee will be charged. If a booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, 30-night rent will be charged.

Notice to vacate: 30 nights (if stay is shortened, higher rates may apply.)

Overview

Experience an unforgettable experience in Madrid in this amazing apartment! Bright Salamanca is a wonderful one-bedroom ( 455 sqft / 43 sqm) apartment located in a exclusive area of Madrid, near the intersection of two of its main avenues, Principe de Vergara a.nd Juan Bravo. You will be a few steps from attractions that provide a blend of art, culture, shopping, and relaxation opportunities such as Retiro Park, a famous green space, and The Nacional del Prado Museum.
The space
Upon entering, you will be met with the cosy living area with a sofa, flat screen TV with cable and international channels, a large desk with an ergonomic chair for working from home. There is also a small table and chair for dining or additional working space.

From the living area, there is a small hallway which leads to the bathroom and Kitchen. The modern kitchen is fitted with all necessary modern appliances for a comfortable stay, including a small tabletop oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine as well as a Nespresso machine. The bathroom features a walk in shower, toilet and sink.

At the other end of the living area, you will find access to the bedroom, which comes with a Queen size bed and a large wardrobe for all your personal belongings.

With wooden floors throughout and colourful decor, you will be sure to have a lovely stay at this home.

IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months. In compliance with Spanish regulations (Alquiler de Temporada), guests must sign a stay contract and provide personal and stay details.

Home Truths:
-All the areas of the home are independent and enjoy plenty of light due to the fact that the apartment faces both sides of the building.
-The air conditioning system requires guests to regularly empty two small condensation water tanks to ensure proper operation.
-Please note the oven is a small tabletop oven.
