For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel at least 48 hours before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email). The service fee will not be refunded unless the guest cancels within the free cancellation period for their reservation.
If the guest cancels less than 24 hours before check-in, the first week is non-refundable.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nightly rate for the week not spent 24 hours after cancellation are fully refunded.
Long term bookings
For a full refund, cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.
If the guest cancels the reservation during their stay, the guest must agree to a new checkout date. Regardless of the checkout date chosen, the guest is required to pay the host for the 30 days following the cancellation date, or up to the end date of the guest’s original reservation if the remaining portion is less than 30 days.

A number of historic attractions are also located here, including the Longoria Palace and the Museum of Romanticism which is housed in a former palace built in 1776. The apartment is conveniently situated near to Chueca Metro Station (Line 5) and to Recoletos Cercanias commuter rail station. There are a number of BiciMad stations in the area, which makes moving around by bicycle easy: for a great day out you could bike to the nearby neighbourhood of Salesas with its independent boutiques and great selection of art galleries, bookshops, delis, and cocktail bars.
