Cancellation policy

The first 30 nights of the reservation are due upon booking. To receive a refund, the stay must be canceled within 48 hours of booking AND the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in. After this point, the first 30 nights are considered nonrefundable. Cancelation after 48 hours of booking or within 30 days of arrival will be refunded the remaining balance after the amount collected for the non-refundable 30 nights. Midstay cancelations require a 14-day notice to vacate. Unused nights after the 14-day notice will be refunded.
