Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled 15 days or more prior to the arrival date, no penalty fee will be charged. If a booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, 30-night rent will be charged.

Notice to vacate: 30 nights (if stay is shortened, higher rates may apply.)

Overview

Coqueliot is a one-bedroom apartment (398 sqft / 37 sqm) located just a few steps from the iconic Eiffel Tower. This chic and vibrant neighborhood offers a mix of charming shops and restaurants, making it perfect for both city breaks and business trips. In addition to the Eiffel Tower, you'll find the beautiful Champ de Mars, the renowned Rodin Museum, and the Musée d'Orsay all within walking distance. Enjoy the convenience and elegance of staying in one of Paris's most prestigious areas.
The space
Once you enter in this apartment, you are welcomed by a luminous living room that has a dining table for four people and a large sofa. From the two small balconies, you can take in the amazing view of the Eiffel tower whilst enjoying a nice glass of wine.

On the left of the entrance, you will find a fully equipped kitchen perfect if you want to whip something up at home instead of going out for dinner. The main bedroom, situated just on the left of the living room and next to the bathroom, has a comfortable 140cm queen size bed and a lovely view of the Parisian rooftops. Just up the stairs is the mezzanine which has two 70cm single beds open to the living area.

Just a couple of streets away from the huge gardens of the Champs de Mars, the accommodation is well placed to enjoy some of the great sights of the French capital. As well as the iconic Eiffel Tower, virtually right on the banks of the River Seine, the apartment is equally convenient for the area of the Hôtel des Invalides, a historical landmark and military museum, as well as home to the tomb of Napoleon Bonaparte. The closest Paris Metro access is just a three-minute walk.
