Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled 15 days or more prior to the arrival date, no penalty fee will be charged. If a booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, 30-night rent will be charged.

Overview

Rivoli Market apartment is located in the center of Paris across from the Hotel de Ville and down the street from the BHV department store. Guests have access to the line 1 and 11 metro as well as many buses in front of their doorsteps. The apartment building is Haussmannian with an elevator and secure double door entrance.
The space
Guests enter the 1BDR/ 430sqft- 40m2 apartment into a small foyer with the living room to the left and the bedroom to the right. The living room is bathed in light thanks to two large windows looking out onto rue de Rivoli the main street cutting down the center of Paris. The windows are both double glazed so guests need not worry about noise. The kitchen is open onto the living room and has a large island and is fully equipped.
Moving back towards the entry there is a bathroom on the left with a WC and shower/bathtub. To the right of the bathroom is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and plenty of storage. The bedroom looks out on a quiet courtyard.
This apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking to be in the center of Paris. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and shops. There are also many transportation options to get around Paris quickly.

This property has an incredible location right in the centre of Paris and on one of its most popular shopping streets. It is just a short distance from the River Seine, around 15 minutes from the Place de la Bastille and the opera house there, and is also within walking distance of both the Pompidou Centre and the Louvre. Its closest access to the Paris Metro is only around a three-minute walk away at Hôtel de Ville, quickly enabling guests to get further around the city.
