Cancellation policy

Cancellations need to be made 14 days before arrival to avoid any cancellation fees. The number of booked nights within the next 14 days from the day the reservation is cancelled determines the cancellation fee. For example, when cancelling a reservation 12 days before arrival, the first 2 days of the reservation must be paid for. The same policy applies to shortenings of the reservation (i.e. advanced departure date) or if the arrival date has to be postponed. In both situations, Bjorvika Apartments must be notified of the change 14 days before in order to avoid any cancellation fee.
