Cancellation policy

Cancellations: All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Any refund of charges is made subject to the apartment being re-let. Depending on the reasons for your cancellation.

Stays of 3 - 6 Nights:

Week2Week must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 3 to 6 nights in writing, at least 3 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period Week2Week will charge a 30% cancellation fee. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 3 days prior to the arrival date Week2Week will only refund subject to the apartment being re-let; subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 3 nights.

Stays of 7 – 27 Nights:

Notification of cancellation for bookings of 7 – 28 nights have to be received by Room-b Ltd. in writing, at least 14 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period Room-B Ltd. will not charge any cancellation fee. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, Room-B Ltd. will refund subject to the apartment being re-let; subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights.  All cancellation and or notification of early departure must be received in writing.

Stays of 28 + Nights:

Notification of cancellation for bookings of 29+ nights have to be received by Room-B Ltd. in writing, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period Room-b Ltd. will not charge any cancellation fee. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date, Room-B Ltd. will refund subject to the apartment being re-let; subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 28 nights.  All cancellation and or notification of early departure must be received in writing.

Early Departures:

Early departures are subject to the lengths of stay and subsequent cancellation periods shown above.

Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.

The apartment building lies just a little east of the centre of Newcastle along the northern bank of the River Tyne. The Gateshead Millennium Bridge and iconic curving roof of Sage Gateshead are visible west along the river. The city centre is only around a 15-minute walk, with the closest rail and Tyne & Wear Metro access a similar distance at Manors Station. This could be a good choice for those looking to stay within reach of the Newcastle University and Northumbria University sites.
