Cancellation policy

Reservations for 15 to 29 nights may be cancelled 8 days prior to arrival without any charge.
Reservations cancelled 7 days prior to arrival a 7-nights penalty will apply.
Reservations for above 29 nights may be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival without any charge.
Reservations cancelled 29-14 days prior to arrival a 10-nights penalty will apply.
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival a 21-nights penalty will apply.

In case of cutting down the time of the lease by the tenant without prior notice, the following penalty will be applied:
If there is still more than half of the rental period left till the lease expires the tenant will be charged 14-nights penalty. But if there’s less than half of the rental period left till the lease expires the tenant will be charged seven-nights penalty.
