Cancellation policy

 

Subject to clause 2 and 4 above the, in the event of a cancellation refund of amounts paid will be made if the owners are able to re-let the property, any losses incurred in so doing will be deducted from the refundable amount. The client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance cover including cancellation cover, and to have a full cover for the Parties' personal belongings, public liability etc as these are not covered by the owner's insurance.
For corporate stays the owners require a minimum of 14 days notice of cancellation period

Overview

The Barn is a wonderful timber framed building offering two bedroom accommodation located in the peaceful grounds of an estate in Twyford, approximately three miles from Winchester. There is a double bedroom and a smaller twin bedroom, each features a TV and en-suite bathroom, traditionally furnished with a bath and shower function available. The kitchen includes an oven/hob, refrigerator and microwave which is connected to the dining area and living space.

The Barn is a 10 minute drive from the centre of Winchester where guests can explore the historic city, home to the well-known Winchester Cathedral and Wolvesey Castle. The M3 is easily accessible for commuting to London or nearby towns and Shawford train station is an 18 minute walk away for those requiring access to the rest of the UK, or London is reachable within an hour. In this location guests can easily go for country walks and the small village of Twyford contains the main necessities including a supermarket and two country pubs.
