STANDARD TERMS
--For stays of 1-14 nights, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to or after check in: No refund
--For stays of 15-29 nights, if cancelled 29 days or less prior to check in: Minimum 14 nights' accommodation charge. No refund if the stay is shortened or cancelled after check in
--For stays of 30 nights or longer, 29 days notice required to cancel or shorten the reservation.

EARLY TERMINATION
--Cancellation charges as above.
--If the shortening of a stay brings the price into a higher rate bracket, the difference will be charged.
