7. Cancellation
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
Where cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, refunds of accommodation charges are made subject to the property being re-let. A minimum of 1 weeks’ notice is required once the property has been occupied.
Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim cancellation charges from your insurance company, if you have taken out travel insurance. We recommend that clients purchase adequate travel insurance.
Bishophill Senior Serviced Apartment is a three bedroom property within the York city walls. Up to six guests can sleep at the property, spread between two double rooms, a single room and with an extra person on a sofa bed. Even in such a central location, the property has some parking and features a cosy lounge with plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV to be enjoyed. The separate and fully equipped kitchen includes wooden worktops and comes with a washing machine for doing laundry.
