7. Cancellation
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
Where cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, refunds of accommodation charges are made subject to the property being re-let. A minimum of 1 weeks’ notice is required once the property has been occupied.
Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim cancellation charges from your insurance company, if you have taken out travel insurance. We recommend that clients purchase adequate travel insurance.
St Marys serviced accommodations are a delightful collection of one bedroom apartments located just outside the very centre of York, close to St Marys Abbey and Yorkshire Museum. Each apartment can accommodate up to two guests, with private parking available for those bringing a vehicle and all the necessary amenities for an independent stay, such as a kitchen with a dishwasher, laundry facilities and unlimited Wi-Fi for connectivity.
