We are global accommodation specialists who provide a home away from home for corporate travellers and assignees across the globe. Benefitting from almost two decades of experience, Situ has established itself as a trusted serviced accommodation provider to the corporate travel and mobility sectors and continues to assist businesses with bespoke accommodation solutions worldwide.

 


When was Situ established?

Situ was founded in 2008, meaning we’ve been supporting business travel and relocation programmes for nearly two decades. We’ve since grown into a well-established and trusted name in global serviced accommodation – supporting organisations of all sizes with accommodation in over 144 countries.

 


Where are we (Situ) based?

The Situ headquarters are based in Exeter’s Sowton Industrial Estate, just a five-minute walk away from the Digby & Sowton train station. We are also conveniently just off the M5, via junction 30, and no further than a fifteen-minute car journey from Exeter’s city centre.

We also have a strong presence in London, as well as global teams in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), the US (Georgia and Nevada), Bulgaria, and India (Bangalore).

Situ has a broad range of clients from a wide selection of industries. Oil, finance, media, IT, gas and construction industries are just a few that we support by supplying global serviced accommodation options. As well as that, we also have experience in providing service and software solutions to new and existing industry partners, such as relocation companies, travel agencies, and event organisers.
