CANCELLATION POLICY
$250 penalty if cancelled 4 weeks or more in advance of arrival. 1/2 month penalty plus taxes if cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival. If the reservation is shortened for less than 180 days period, the appropriate tax rate would apply: 5.875% tax per month plus $4 nightly occupancy charge. Written 30 days notice to vacate is required in case of early lease termination to avoid 1 month penalty.
