Cancellation / Alteration of your Booking by you
7.1 We will use our reasonable endeavours to accommodate your requests for alterations of your Booking, subject to availability of accommodation.
7.2 If you wish to cancel the whole or any part of your booking and you notify us in writing (see our
contact details below) 2 days in advance of your date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged and
your deposit will be refunded (unless stated differently at the time of booking). It is your responsibility to
ensure that we receive your notice of cancellation in time.
7.3 If cancelled within 2 days of your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, then 50% price of the
reservation will be charged.
7.4 No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
7.5 If a client is staying over 14 days and needs to reduce the length of their stay mid contract, then they will be charged till the end of that week of departure that they have informed us of a need to depart.

The accommodation lies on the edge of the picturesque village of Ironbridge within the Ironbridge Gorge. This is a World Heritage site and the village is of a good size, including quite a few shops, eating places and a number of historical sites including, of course, the iron bridge in question, as well as a Museum of the Gorge and the Bedlam Furnaces. The village is a little under 3.5 miles roughly south of Telford.
