Cancellation policy

For bookings up to 90 days length of stay, 14 days’ notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 14 days prior to arrival, will result in a charge equal to 7 nights
This also applies to in-house guests should a stay require to be shortened. Option to extend subject to availability.
Please note the policy above increases to 21 days' cancellation notice for bookings falling (even partially) in June, July and August months.
