Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made by 4.00 pm (local time) 14 days prior to arrival.

Bookings must be fully pre-paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival should be paid at the time of confirmation.

Different cancellation policies will apply for group bookings where 4 or more apartments have been booked.

Failure to cancel in advance will result in a full accommodation package being charged to your credit or debit card. If you have paid a deposit and made full payment the sum may be non-refundable.

Please check with the property at the time of cancellation.
