There is a little flexibility to this two bedroom accommodation in Leamington Spa, with one of the bedrooms a double and the other featuring a zip-and-link bed. The main living area at Lillington Road serviced accommodation has a friendly feel, with a good-sized kitchen at one end and a carpeted sitting and dining space occupying the other half. Other features of the property include the presence of some driveway parking, Wi-Fi access and, during longer visits, weekly housekeeping.

This is in the near-town suburbs, only about a seven or eight-minute walk north of the CBD in Leamington Spa. The main shopping area in the town is located either side of Regent Street, including the Regent Court and Royal Priors shopping centres. Beyond those, the River Leam intersects the main part of the CBD, with more amenities and Leamington Spa Railway Station on the south side of it. Neighbouring Warwick includes a racecourse and a stunning castle.
