Stays up to 29 nights: 14 days' notice required or a pro-rata penalty of up to 14 nights' accommodation (or the entire booking if less than 14 nights) will apply.

Stays of 30 nights or longer: 30 days' notice required or a pro-rata penalty of up to 30 nights' accommodation will apply.

Stays shortened after check-in are subject to the above conditions and may incur a rate increase if the minimum stay criteria are not met.

No-shows will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty of the maximum applicable notice period.
