Cancellation policy

Less than 28 nights

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel at least 48 hours before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email). The service fee will not be refunded unless the guest cancels within the free cancellation period for their reservation.
If the guest cancels less than 24 hours before check-in, the first week is non-refundable.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nightly rate for the week not spent 24 hours after cancellation are fully refunded.

Long term bookings

For a full refund, cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.
If the guest cancels the reservation during their stay, the guest must agree to a new checkout date. Regardless of the checkout date chosen, the guest is required to pay the host for the 30 days following the cancellation date, or up to the end date of the guest’s original reservation if the remaining portion is less than 30 days.

This is in the Chueca neighbourhood close to the centre of Madrid, only about a three-minute walk from the Chueca Metro Station. Situated on a quiet little street, the area is nonetheless full of great eating places and bars, as well as being just around the corner from Plaza Pedro Zerolo. This is in such a great spot for seeing so much of Madrid without having to go too far. Plaza Mayor and the central area are within walking distance, as is the Teatro Real and the Royal Palace.
