Cancellation policy

Less than 28 nights

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel at least 48 hours before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email). The service fee will not be refunded unless the guest cancels within the free cancellation period for their reservation.
If the guest cancels less than 24 hours before check-in, the first week is non-refundable.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nightly rate for the week not spent 24 hours after cancellation are fully refunded.

Long term bookings

For a full refund, cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.
If the guest cancels the reservation during their stay, the guest must agree to a new checkout date. Regardless of the checkout date chosen, the guest is required to pay the host for the 30 days following the cancellation date, or up to the end date of the guest’s original reservation if the remaining portion is less than 30 days.

Be sure to visit the Longoria Palace, with its elegant architecture and stained glass dome, and the Museum of Romanticism, housed in a former palace built in 1776. Alternatively, visit the nearby neighbourhood of Salesas with it independent boutiques, bookshops, and delis. The apartment is located near to Chueca Metro Station (Line 5) and to the commuter rail station of Recoletos Cercanias. If you'd like to travel around the city by bike, there are also a number of BiciMad stations in the area.
