Cancellation policy

Cancellation and Changes to Reservation Dates: Once a Lease Agreement has been executed
by both parties, the Client/Guest is responsible for the full terms of the agreement, even in the
event of a cancellation or change in move in or move out date. Once notice of cancelation or
change in move in or move out date is received, Primestone Partners LLC will make every
effort to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented, the Client/Guest will only be responsible
for full payment from their original move-in date of the agreement until the date the property was
re-rented by another Client/Guest. For changes to move in or move out dates the client/guest
will be charged for the original terms of the contract unless the unit can be re-rented.

The accommodation looks out on Biscayne Bay, not far from Port Miami on Dodge Island and with Miami Beach quite close by, too. The Brickell district occupies roughly the bottom half of Miami’s Downtown, bordered to the north by the Miami River. Just beyond Brickell Avenue is the Brickell City Centre area, a wonderful indoor/outdoor space with lots of shops and a good choice of restaurants. There is also metrorail and metromover access nearby.
