Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation prior arrival

a) Stay duration 1 – 6 nights

A free cancellation is possible until 6 pm 1 day prior arrival and requires written form.
Failure to comply with the cancellation deadline or non-arrival will incur a cancellation fee of at least 90% of the total stay.

b) Stay duration 7 – 29 nights

A free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival and requires written form.
Failure to comply with the cancellation deadline and non-arrival will incur a cancellation fee of at least 90% of the first 7 nights.

c) Stay duration 30+ nights

A free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival and requires the written form.
Failure to comply with the cancellation deadline or arrival will incur a cancellation fee of at least 75% of the minimum of 30 nights.

2. Change of length of stay

Subject to availability, the duration of a stay may be extended. The FLAG is not obliged to accommodate the guest in the same apartment, for the same price. A rate change may be made based on the additional nights booked and the minimum requirements. A rate change will result in a corresponding change in the cancellation periods (see paragraph 4).

3. Cancellation periods for early departure

a) For a booked stay of at least 1-6 nights

An early departure is free of charge until 1 day (6 pm) before the early departure date.
Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will result in a cancellation fee of at least 90% of the entire stay.

b) For a booked stay of at least 7 - 29 nights

A free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival and requires written form.
Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will incur a cancellation fee of at least 100% of the first 7 nights, then 50% of the remaining booked stay.

c) For a booked stay of at least 30 – 59 nights

A free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival and requires written form.
Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will incur a cancellation fee of at least 100% of the first 30 nights, then 50% of the remaining booked stay.

d) For a booked stay of at least 60 - 89 nights

A free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival and requires written form.
Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will incur a cancellation fee of at least 100% of the first 45 nights, then 50% of the remaining booked stay.

e) For a booked stay of at least 90 nights

A free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival and requires written form.
Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will incur a cancellation fee of at least 100% of the first 60 nights, then 50% of the remaining booked stay.

The facility is situated in the northwest of Munich, close to the Olympia shopping mall and to Olympia Parc, home to the stadium that hosted the 1972 Olympics, as well as other events buildings and Munich’s SEALIFE Centre. There are two underground stations within a short walk of apartments, making getting around much easier.
