Just a little east of Preston city centre, the accommodation is in an area that was home to an old cotton spinning mill and that later became warehouses. The area has a bustling, near-town feel, with lots of friendly, close-packed redbrick terraces and some local shops and things to do, including a small supermarket and bingo hall just across the road. Buses on New Hall Lane run into the city centre usually at least every 10 minutes.
