Cancellation policy

Terms and Conditions – 1-6 nights

1. Contracted rates are valid for individual bookings only.
Group Rates for 3 rooms or more are on application to the Sales or General Manager quoted on a per enquiry basis.
2. The rate is inclusive of WiFi, Service and VAT at the prevailing rate, reducing to 4% VAT from the 29th night onwards.
3. Rates are valid for business use only. Special rates for personal / leisure use may be available and are on request via the Sales Manager.
4. Rates are room only unless otherwise stated.
5. All accommodation is subject to availability.
6. In special Event Periods a minimum stay may be required.
7. All rates are subject to change without notice.
8. The Agreement will also be reviewed at regular intervals and should the guaranteed number of room nights not be on target, Prem Group reserves the right to cancel the Agreement without notice.
9. All accounts are payable on arrival unless otherwise agreed with individual properties.
10. Cancellations of reservations are to be made by 4pm, 24hours prior to arrival.
11. Cancellation fee will be the first night’s accommodation.
12. This agreement includes Last Room Availability (Subject to Minimum Stay Requirement).
13. Bookings must be guaranteed by Fax / Email / Credit Card / Letter.
14. Cancellations must be received in writing.
15. No Shows will be charged at the above rate.
16. Rates are submitted on the understanding that they remain completely confidential between the contracted parties. Failure to maintain this confidence will result in withdrawal of this agreement.

1. To qualify for long stay 7- 27 Nights rates a minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights is required.
2. Cancellations of reservations for Apartments for long stay 7-27 Nights rates are 3 days prior to arrival.
3. Penalty for late cancellation is 30% of the total reservation amount.

1. To qualify for long stay 28 + Nights rates a minimum stay of 28 consecutive nights is required.
2. Cancellations of reservations for Apartments for long stay rates are 7 days prior to arrival.
3. Penalty for late cancellation is 35% of the total reservation amount.
