Accommodation is in four double bedrooms and a twin room all of which have their own TV sets. The property is spread across four floors, so plenty of room. Downstairs there is a lounge and a spacious kitchen/diner, a games room with a pool table. There are two bathrooms in the property, one on the ground floor, with the other situated on the first floor. The property has a paved garden and comes with off-road parking for three cars.

Within walking distance of the centre of Salisbury and about 15 minutes on foot from the train station, the property combines the benefits of a quiet residential location with access to amenities. There is a riverside park nearby and a shopping park beyond that. Salisbury has a good central location close to the A303 road route up towards London, while the railway station is also on the line to London Waterloo. Stonehenge, perhaps the UK’s most famous archaeological site, lies just to the north.
