This 19th-century property was a former artist’s studio and has one twin room in the eaves, as well as a sumptuously renovated open plan living space on the ground floor. The living area includes a sofa bed for extra guests and the ground floor also has a large shower room. Sliding doors lead out to a patio and, beyond that, a communal lawn shared with one other property. The Studio Serviced Apartment is close to the seafront in Worthing, only about a three-minute walk from the beach.
