Cancellation policy

 

Cancellation No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. Where cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, refunds of accommodation charges are made subject to the property being re-let.  A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required once the apartment has been occupied. Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim cancellation charges from your insurance company, if you have taken out travel insurance. We recommend that clients purchase adequate travel insurance.
